Arizona Trip

Near the end of June Rex and I were able to fly to Arizona to go to his niece, Jenessa's wedding. She married a great guy named James, and Rex and I got to meet him for the first time the night before the wedding. They were married on Friday, June 26th, in the Mesa Temple.

Jenessa, James, and cousins!

The cake made by Rex's sister. Fancy, fancy!

My week-old niece Haleigh!

Rex and Jenessa. Congrats!

The day after the wedding Rex and his brothers woke up super early to go golfing. It is very rare that Rex gets to be together with his dad and brothers all at the same time since Trey lives in Georgia. They were roasting hot when they got home at 10 am but they had fun!

I left on Saturday night to make it to Boulder City for Scott's mission farewell on Sunday. Rex stayed in AZ until Monday morning and then flew back to Oakland to cram for his Podiatry board exam. It was a quick but fun (and hot) trip to Arizona! We love you Kimball family!

Love the wedding pics, and then the snapshots of you and Rex with the newbie. You are going to be the best parents :).
